Sally Anderson of Hood River County School District was recently name Columbia Gorge STEM Educator of the Year by the Gorge Technology Alliance. Sally manages Hood River's STEM Fab bus, which she drives around all year to the District's five elementary schools bringing hands-on engineering and computer science learning to all K-5 students.
Ms. Anderson also leads elementary computer science initiatives throughout the districts, collaborating with educators at each school to ensure the learning continues even when the STEM Fab bus isn't onsite.
